Exciting News: Representing the Hire Industry in Parliament

I’m incredibly excited to share some big news! As Chair of the Event Hire Board, I have the privilege of representing the Hire Association Europe (HAE) and the Event Hire Association (EHA) in the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) for Events.

 This opportunity allows me to advocate for the hire and events industry at the highest levels of government; ensuring that key issues, challenges, and opportunities are heard and addressed. 

The UK’s event equipment hire sector plays a critical role in our economy, contributing £2.5 billion annually—and it’s essential that we continue to support and strengthen its future.

With 25 years’ worth of experience in the hire industry, I’m sure to be able to offer some insight into the sector, and maybe even a bit of wisdom!

 By working alongside industry leaders and policymakers, I look forward to driving positive change, championing sustainability, and helping shape a thriving industry that benefits businesses and communities alike.
