Chafing Dish - 9 Litre

These chafing dishes are perfect when there is no power to keep food warm.  Accepts 1/1 Gastronorm trays/pans.  Looks great on a buffet table.

Requires 2 chafing fuel tins per dish.  Chafing Fuel Sold separately

Chafing Dishes - Chafing dishes use gentle, indirect heat to keep your food warm in shallow pans.  The chafing dish comes with a stand, lid and two pans/trays, one for food the other for water (best to add hot water) Remember to warm the food pan before adding your food.  The fuel heats the pan of water to create steam.  This steam then heats the pan above that's filled with your food.
