At Plato Catering Hire we clean, check and test all ovens every single time they leave our warehouse.  On top of this our gas oven range is regularly serviced and maintained by a fully qualified commercial gas engineer.  Our electric ovens to hire are also PAT tested and prepared in accordance with the Event Hire Association (EHA) Code of Practices before every single hire.
